Dilallo — Restaurant in Sainte-Catherine

I was a longtime customer of the location on Notre Dame, why they closed it I have no idea. That place had the best cheeseburger and Montreal. I was on the South Shore with My Wife and noticed that they have a location on the South Shore so we pulled in and tried it out. do not under any circumstances come and eat here. (I want to make it clear that the girl who takes the orders at the counter, was very professional, very polite and quite the sweetheart) Especially if you have had the OG Del how do you spell Dilallo Burger experience you will not be disappointed, you will actually be angry. I don’t know how on earth this place is able to have the Dilallo name on it. But I will tell you this… if the Dilallo Family came to eat here they would pull their name off the building immediately. And by the way, a small cheeseburger, which they didn’t even get the condiments, right, and a small half french fries and half onion rings for $15? And it’s not even fresh. refried french fries and onion rings in oil and the cheeseburger, well I’m not even gonna talk about it because it is not worth mentioning. Posting as I’m waiting for my food . The hostess/cashier is extremely rude. First of all not even a hello after we got inside . We had to wait for her to finish texting . She acknowledged us after a good 5 mins . Rolled her eyes when we were not yet completely deciding . Left a tip, didnt say thanks . Keeps talking to her colleagues about her mom texting her and sighs very loudly when online orders come in . Didnt even tell us an estimate to receive the food . Next time ill go to the one in lasalle . At least there we dont seem to interrupt their hissy fits...

I thought everything was 10/10.

Staff were perfectly bilingual, they didn't give you a bad vibe due to being English.

Food was excellent, gravy was tasty at, BBQ sauce was smokey and sweet at the same time.

Fries were done perfectly double blanched so everything was crispy, considering they were hand cut it was very welcomed.

Waitress was prompt and never gave a bad attitude the managers also gave us free dessert as to try out new menu items.

Definitely will go back on my...
