My cousin and i went in at around 10:10 am it wasn't crowded but the drive through did have a decent amount of customers. We ordered using the self order touchscreen. I paid at the counter my cousin paid at the self order . I got my food about 10 mins later. Then we waited about 20 mins for my cousin's order. He went up to the talk to a McDonald's crew member. He started to speak she glanced at him for a second and walked away. So we waited another 10 mins so now it is 30 mins for my cousin's order. I'm like thats it. I take his receipt and go upto the window where the hand you your order at the cash and inform a crew member that we haven't received this order and it has been 30 minutes. She take the receipt to who I believe was the manager who gives it to another crew member who is bagging food. Then that crew member walks up to us and asks what the order was. We both in unison say its in the receipt. She says oh, okay. And a few mins later my cousin gets his order. And we hit the road. I open my egg mcmuffin blt to find no egg. Read moreI frequently visit this local McDonald’s and have witnessed a certain manager treat the employees with complete and utter disrespect. I have heard him with my own ears being racist to a young black employee, asking her “hey! Are you made out of chocolate or something?” While giving her a dead serious stare. As a manager, this is completely unacceptable and I can’t even imagine how he treats employees in private considering he humiliated her in front of a crowd of customers. I am honestly shocked that an enterprise as big as McDonalds would tolerate such behaviour. And honestly it’s not the first time I’ve witnessed this man treat his employees in such ways. I decided to go and confront the employees, asking if this is how he treats them while nobody is watching. They responded saying that this manager was recently transferred earlier this year, and that ever since he’s arrived he’s been terrorizing non-white employees and also being sexist towards female employees. I gave the girl (who looked like she was 12 years old), a 20 dollar bill, she put the money in the cash box and closed the drawer. I asked where my change was because I gave her 20. She called the manager to open the cash. After the cash box was opened she got my change ready, 7 dollars and something cents! I told her my change should be 12 dollars and something. She called the manager over again to open the cash, I would have thought the manager would put someone else at the cash but that wasn't the case. I finally got the correct change and my coffee....
