Use to be really good... Lately I am having a hard time to get my order right at the drive thru. Onion rings is half full, always missing something. And for Lord sake! When I say I want a baby burger plain with no seasonings don't ask me if I want cheese with it. 1 time out of 3 my hamburger is not plain... And so on...

No matter how often you ask honey for onion rings... seem like I always manage to not have it... Last time I specified 3 times to be sure...

That girl at the drive thru seem to not know what the meaning of smiling is... And she is cold as ice although I am nice to her. I don't like when I can see someone hate the job...

I don't see the people I use to be served by anymore. They need to improve training and make it a point what are the values of the brand because right now... I don't feel it is it...

I'll try inside next time. Might have better luck... I'll keep you posted...

May 6th 2018:

Ordered 2 teen burger 1 onion rings and 1 root beer + a baby burger. At the window they put 2 onion rings and 2 rootbeers. Told him I didn't want the second rootbeer and rings... he correct the order... Arrive home... also now it misses 1 teen burger... onion ring is also half full... 😥

What is wrong with...

This place is great. The service is fast and as friendly as you should expect from a well run establishment.

They should, however, improve the drive thru. What I mean is this: First, it's not easy to get in the parking lot, which is quite small. Second, you can't see the menu until you're right at the speaker. Third, right after the window, you need to make a sharp turn, making it hard to stay close to the window to receive your food. Fourth, once you leave the window, you have nowhere to stop, you're exiting into a street with no parking, not the restaurant's parking lot, making it impossible to settle your food And fifth, the lack of traffic light on the street your exiting makes it almost impossible to go back south bound on the 117 (curé-Labelle) without...

A month ago, I was ask to leave like some kind of freako just squatting the wifi/heat after less than rejected than an hour after my second order that was less that another hour before that.

So after deux full meal and 20$ I got kick out so irrespecfully when I was building my strength before quitting for the starting snowstorm.

I was in a desperate need for a place to keep warm and gather the strenght to resume my itinerary home and I always consume even when I don't feel like it when I use the facilities this way.

But except this It's an awesome A&W, one of the rate 24/7 one so even if I have some comments the services are overall...
