Grillades Torino St-Thérèse — Restaurant in Sainte-Thérèse

Went to this location tonight and it was amazing. I was greeted with a smile as I walked and was able to look at the menu without any pressure whatsoever. I gave my order for 2 plates, one chicken and the other chicken and beef. I chose the red rice (tomato) to go with the beef and white rice with the chicken. I was asked how I liked the beef and to choose 2 sides for each. I chose roasted veggies for one, I realized there wasn’t enough so the gentleman took some raw veggies and grilled them on the spot! They gave me some amazing sauces to try along with the usual hummus and garlic sauce. Both the Bangkok and Algerian sauces are FIRE, as in tasty AF!

Brought it home and we both enjoyed the food. Meats cooked perfectly and everything was super tasty. I had Torino’s at other locations but if you’re near of this one, don’t hesitate? Amazing!! Keep up the...

So this is my review of this place. It was the first time ordering from Grillades Torino, there was only one staff member taking orders and making the food he was very polite, but felt sad for him because he had many orders to make on his own and forgot to add the bacon on my poutine, I don't know what was doing the other employees there?? However, the food tastes very good, I brought my two other tester and they also found it very good. The portion are enormous (as you can see on the pictures) , it was clean and the meat is halah if you are wondering. For three people it cost 55$ tax included its a bit pricey but like I said the portion are big. The decorations was so, so. I would definitely recommend this place for sure. Will...

Wow quelle terrible expérience, jamais plus.

1. Produit discontinué sur le menu (qui vient d'être livré par la poste il y a à peine 1 mois) - on doit m'appeler suite à la commande me disant qu'il ne tienne plus un item j'ai demandé
2. Les prix affichés, sur un menu exprès pour la livraison, ne sont pas ce qu'il vous chargent à la livraison, c'est plus cher.
3. Cela dit minimum 15$ de commande, mais ne spécifie aucunement AVANT taxes, on voulait me charger des frais de 2$ pour une commande de 13.99$ avant taxes.
4. On me demande d'épeler le nom de ma rue, par deux fois, DESCHAMBAULT - on me rappele, une deuxième fois, me disant le nom de rue est incorrect.

Je n'ai pas de mots pour décrire mieux la situation.

Wow what a terrible experience, never more.

1. Discontinued products showed on the menu (which was delivered through the mail barely a month ago) - they had to call me after the order saying one of the items i ordered is no longer offered.
2. Prices showed, on a menu which is made expressively for delivery are not what they will charge you, it is higher.
3. It says minimum 15$ delivery, but fails to add BEFORE taxes, they wanted to charge me 2$ for delivery fee for an order of 13.99$ before taxes.
4. They ask me to spell out my street name, twice, DESCHAMBAULT - to then just call me a second time telling me the street name is incorrect.

Im just lost for words to describe...
