Pizza Salvatoré — Restaurant in Sainte-Thérèse

First: atmosphere at 3 stars for "neutral" opinion. We never ate there: only ordered for delivery. Now! We've ordered a couple of time from there and never were disappointed before. We tried to order online and pay upfront as usual (tip included), but it didn't work. We figured we'd pay upon delivery. When the delivery guy arrived, he said that the system was down and that we either had to pay cash or e-transfer... We weren't comfortable to just e-transfer the guy like that, but we had to scrape around the house and in the car to find enough cash to pay and the poor guy ended up with only 3$ tip (luckily in this circumstance, though...). Haven't we found enough cash, we'd have to decline the delivery. I understand that these things happen (system down), but please: a big banner on your website to mention the cash/etransfer problem or simply by disabling the online orders and request calls so you can adress the issue would be a minimum :( Otherwise, the food has always been good. Sometimes slow deliveries, but never enough (well, for "us") in order to actually "complain" since yeah! Sometimes, multiple...

After ordering twice on the Salvatore app,( both times the app said that the location had a power failure) i received a 15$ coupon from customer service. I reordered last night and the app worked well.( love the live time follow your order app). I received the mini pizza and mac+cheese bits on time by a friendly delivery man. The mac +cheese bits were tasty and crunchy with a nice cheese sauce,on the other hand my mini pizza was was burnt to a crisp,i had trouble to figure out what the different meats were on my pizza since they were burnt to a crisp. The cheese crust was good though.. Might try ordering again one day but i'll wait t'ill this location gets the pizza...

Suite à la réception d'une promotion par la poste qui faisait économiser beaucoup sur les pizzas de format moyennes en téléchargeant l'application Salvatoré, J'ai décidé d'essayer pour la première fois cette pizzeria le 2023-09-10.

L'application fonctionne bien et j'ai choisi de venir chercher ma commande en personne et de faire la paiement à l'avance. Nous avons commandé une pizza végétarienne sans olives ainsi qu'une fan de viandes avec extra champignons et poivrons + une sauce à l'ail confit. Croûte régulière pour les 2 pizzas.

Quand je suis arrivé sur place, j'ai vu tout de suite que la personne qui était à la caisse offrait vraiment un excellent service à la clientèle à tout le monde. Un grand sourire en permanence et que de bons mots pour tous les clients qui rentraient et sortaient dans l'établissement. Quand ma commande fût prête, il y avait 3 boîtes au lieu de 2, donc j'ai demandé quel était la raison et c'était une pizza gratuite car les extras champignons et poivrons n'avait pas été mis sur la fan de viandes originalement. J'étais vraiment surpris et content de la situation. Je suis parti vers chez moi et je me suis rendu compte qu'il manquait la sauce à l'ail. Comme j'avais une 3ième pizza, ce n'était pas grave, mais j'avais hâte de l'essayer somme toute. Une prochaine fois!

Nous avons bien aimé nos pizzas, c'était très bon. La croûte régulière est probablement ce que j'ai un peu moins aimé, mais ils offrent le choix d'avoir une croute mince ou avec mozzarella à l'intérieur. La prochaine fois, je vais essayer la croûte mince, je pense que ça serait parfait.

Mention honorable aux heures d'ouvertures pour cette pizzeria qui ferme très tard ce qui est très rare à Sainte-Thérèse.
