the worker didn't even fully fill my cup of coffee and my bagel was cold. she acted like she couldn't hear me and told me that I have an accent and laughed at me for it (i was born and raised in canada speaking french but both of my parents are korean) later another worker came and asked what the problem is and talked to me in french and I was about to respond when the original worker lady told her "she doesnt speak french" why is she answering in my place I never asked her to? I told her to speak a little slowly since she was speaking fast and had an African french accent and she spoke even faster. worst tim hortons I've ever been to. they did not even give me a paper bag to take my food with before I asked for it. I asked "do you guys not have bags" and she said "uhm.. yeah we do" and she didn't even give it to me until I said "well give me". 0/10 service. she was very friendly and talked slowly with the white worker next to their shop who ordered donuts. this is clearly racism. The order took 15 minutes. Proceeding, they didn't add butter in my bagel like I asked. They didn't even heat the english muffin bread. I also asked twice for them to heat my bagel and it wasnt even heated but they added twice more creamcheese. As I was waiting at the window for 10 minutes, they handed my order but forgot my donut. Food tastes basic, donuts are old, the drinks are hard to mess up but the employees don't care about anything or anyone.
