Rotisserie Salaberry Pizzeria — Restaurant in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield

I was over at the restaurant with a group of 25 people...what à bad experience...I ordered the Brunch du travailleur that say to be 2 eggs, bacon,sauvage,ham,pancake and homefries with toast...I did not received my pancake but someone in the group received it and had already began eating...the waitress went and took it from him and gave it to me with ketchup on it...seriously...shoe took it from someone else plate...no apolologies...nothing....I told her to take it back...she totally ignored me...I will never go back there...not any of...

Was there for breakfast today (25-12-23) was shown to our table and was asked if we wanted coffee and nothing 20 minutes later waitress comes to take our order still no coffee. Breakfast arrives and ask again for some coffee halfway threw breakfast finally some coffee. The breakfast was Luke warm eggs were runny and my œuf surprise was absolutely disgusting,i used to eat breakfast there every Saturdays and hadn't been there since the renovations and won't be going back for...

Excellent service de Émile et Magalie. Repas délicieux, service impeccable, rapide et courtois.

Ce resto est le plus près de chez moi. Je suis contente d'y avoir passé un excellent moment avec mon amie. En date du 11 juin 2022: pas de Wi-Fi. La raison? Trop d'attroupement en soirée et pendant la nuit près du resto, dehors. Solution: fermer le Wi-Fi lors de la fermeture du resto.

Je demande alors le journal. Il n'y en a pas. La raison? La covid-19... (alors qu'il y a des journaux dans tous les autres restos déjeuner...)

De plus, un resto déjeuner qui ouvre à 9h un samedi matin... Vous manquez le bateau pas à peu près.

Le Purell pitche un liquide clair comme de l'eau et en trop grande quantité. Dégât assuré !

Il y a juste la serveuse qui était vraiment gentille avec moi. Elle voyait bien que j'virais d'sour...

Je vous propose des solutions; ce serait agréable de les envisager.

Je trouve ça très dommage parce que vous êtes situé tout près de chez moi et j'aurais aimé que vous deveniez 《mon resto déjeuner favori》mais... avec votre réponse, vous ne semblez pas vouloir évoluer dans le bon sens....
