Burger King — Restaurant in Sarnia

My first time in over two decades at a Burger King and still that same great taste. The same great flame grilled burgers and the same great fries. Amazing staff. The Burger King location here right by the Food Basics is the best location I’ve been to in over 20 years. A shout out to all the staff here.

This is the only BK in town... its half gas station half BK... it is by far the filthiest BK I have ever been too. Spilled pop on the floor, tables sticky and unkempt.. and best of all, whatever they use to make the paddies was broken. So no hamburgers! If you want deep fried chicken and fish you're good to go... now to the food...when you order by app, you expect to get what you order. So aside from finding out in store that I wasn't getting a burger I tried the chicken burger (had known I would have went to harveys)... not a fan of the chicken. Wizzled piece of chicken, with a pound of mayo and a couple pieces of lettuce. Gone are the days when people cared about their jobs, and presentation of their products. It wasn't like they were busy, I was the only one in line. And the app should be updated when half the menu is...

This Burger King is in a gas station. After being on the highway for 4 and 1/2 , I arrived at 9:45 only to be told that the restaurant was closed and I had to use the drive-thru. I proceeded to attempt to use the restroom, which I assumed was shared between the restaurant and the gas station. I was informed the restroom was closed. I said well what about the gas station, well the gas station doesn't have a bathroom only the restaurant does. A person I can only assume was the manager came out to find out why I was bothering his employee, and informed me that the bathroom is broken. I said well the girl just told me she just cleaned it and then I couldn't use it because it has just been cleaned and closed. I asked him why he was lying to me. I'm not lying I'll show you. I never bothered to eat...
