I have yet to try anything else on the menu because I'm obsessed with the Nashville chicken sandwich. First of all, the piece of chicken is massive. I can't even finish a whole sandwich in one sitting. And if you like hot, get the hot because you'll be taking sips of water to cool ya down 😎 I prefer the medium but my boyfriend loves the hot. Did have the christo fries and those were yummy! I'm going to Nashville in May and somehow I feel like I'll be disappointed with a "real" Nashville chicken sandwich because this one never disappoints! I want to update this because now Im feeling disappointed with the quality of these sandwiches. The last two times the medium has been basically mild. The chicken is burnt and too hard around the edges to eat. And this hasnt been just me - a few people have been mentioning how different they are now. The lack of gloves and handwashing is abhorrent. The lack of hair nets, and the use of bare hands with dirty fake fingernails is enough to make you walk out.... but only if you've never eaten there before.

The food is genuinely good when it's good, but the inconsistency is astounding. I have ordered the same thing 7x and not one time was it identical.

They have some of the best fries in the county! But only when they are hot and seasoned, and that only happens sometimes!!

Even the staff is inconsistent. Sometimes they are nice, but often, they act like I'm bothering them by ordering food.

The first time I went, the kitchen was spotless. However, it seems to be in a perpetual state of mess lately.
