I have been coming to Cravins since it opened over 20 years ago. I was always so excited about getting their suicide wings and taking them home to eat. But the last time I went when I got home there was barely any sauce on the wings. It was late at night and I was hungry. So, I ate the wings that had the most sauce on them thinking I could drive by the next day and get a bit of sauce to cover the few wings I had left. I want to say right now that their wings are $2 a piece. Unfortunately, when I arrived explaining the situation the waitress, very rudely, informed me I would have to pay for the sauce. I had already paid for my wings and I had to pay for the gas to drive all the way back. So, I find it reprehensible that the wings that were missing sauce wasn't just given to me with a mild appology for the inconvenience. Instead I was given attitude by the waitress saying 'Why wouldn't we charge you for sauce' reply. After 20+ years of going to this restaurant I will never go back. It saddens me that my favorite restaurant was so dismissive of me and that what was once a great place to visit has been marred by a tiny bit of sauce and a horrible waitress.

For anyone who orders hot wings as take out, be warned that hot sauce evaporates. After 10 minutes the sauce dries into the wing and the wing is no longer saucey. You should always ask for your sauce on the side if you...

An absolute "0" star rating! The server named Tammy who was extremely rude, refused to serve my Son & I. She thought we had more than 2 drinks and said she wouldn't serve us. She made this decision before even speaking to us. Ignored us completely and served the people who came in after us before even acknowledging us. She was completely off track and even if we only wanted to order food she had no idea because she didn't ask. This was the most disgusting episode I have ever experienced! Never in my life have I been refused being served somewhere! Never going back to this place!! Don't waste your time going here! Rude, disrespectful and obnoxious server! *But we went next door to Boulevards and had fantastic service and the biggest best wings ever! With absolutely no issues or attitude! The owner needs to have a talk with Tammy! She is bad for business and a...

Made it across the bridge, and stopped immediately for a break. 3 of us picked this place cuz they have a poutine burger, which was exactly the right decision. Really great burger with the fries, fried cheese, and gravy on it. The surprising thing for me was the sides. I chose a side salad, which was the biggest mound of stuff with notably good ranch dressing. My son finished his burger before I finished my salad. My daughter chose waffle fries, which came with a delectably spicy aoli - like maybe a zip sauce? Possibly the best thing I tried there. Now, I have to say the burger patties were a little different. Like the meat was ground finer than I'm used to or maybe it was just a little gamey. AND they didn't have an IPA on tap. But Murphy's was just fine. Good place. Good service from a...

Unfortunately after trying for the first time grabbing takeout I was dissapointed by the quality. Spinach dip tasted good but the chips were stale. The steak was tough/chewy/ in really large pieces and a large part of one of the few pieces of steak I got was hard probably a fatty/ inedible maybe tendant or something piece possibly just poor quality steak. The fajita didn't have much flavour although the salsa was really good. Wish it had some kind of sauce. I feel like the dishes have alot of potential but it did feel overpriced for what I got. (The fajita photo was one I assembled myself as it came In seperate containers for you to assemble)

So tonight my wife and I decided we would try a local restaurant through skipthedishes and came across Cravin's. We ordered the banquet burger and fries (my wife opting to pay the additional $3 for waffle fries). When the order arrived my wife had 4 waffle cut fries in her container. I called Cravin's and was told they would talk to the cook and call me back, and no call. Needless to say this was our first time trying Cravin's and it will be our last. The burger was good so I will give 2 stars for that. As for their treatment of customers, i would give them a negative if i could.
