Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sarnia

We came from the US. Going back to Toronto. We ordered a large veggie lovers and asked to replace tomatoes with olives. My family doesn't eat Tomatoes at all. The employee says to me "our manager is very strict and we have instructions that we can remove toppings and the customer still has to pay the same. BUT we cannot replace any veggie toppings e.g., your tomatoes cannot be replaced with black olives. If you want olives instead of the tomatoes I can happily remove the tomatoes but you still have to pay for an extra topping if you want olives instead, our manager has given us strict instructions"... seriously?! Then I got the extra medium pizza with 2 toppings for $5 as that was the deal. I said I don't want the extra 2 toppings just plain cheese pizza. For those two toppings I have on that $5 pizza, can I now get olives on my other pizza? He straight up said no. That's terrible customer service and does not feel fair at all. It doesn't make sense and it's not like it's a company policy. It's just their very own branch BS. I asked for the manager who made these shi*y policies but ofcourse they werent in the store. Not sure what they are aiming for here with these type of annoying and selfish policies. You're there as a business to make customers happy and treat them fairly. No pizza hut in the US or in Toronto does this. I always get tomatoes replaced with Olives thats how the family likes it. And we get it done for free AND WITH A SMILE. Shame! With these stuid policies and customer service imagine staying in business with all the competition. It's only a matter of time when some other nicer pizza places open in the area. Never returning here again. Also, if you want to charge extra then how about you make a new branch policy where if I want to just remove toppings you charge me lesser for my pizza. Seems fair according to the policies...

I have always got my pizza from here since I have moved to Swrnia in 2018! Many times the smallest thing is wrong with my order and I never complain! I ordered double pepperoni on one of my pizzas which cost me an extra 2.50 and it didn't come with a double order. I call to complain for the first time in 7 years and I am met with a very rude woman who tells me I know i put a double order of pepperoni on your pizza because i made the pizza!!! I said ma'am I am lifting the cheese and toppings now and each piece only has a single serving and she cuts me off and says I MADE THIS PIZZA AND I KNOW HOW MANY PEPPERONI ARE ON IT! I said in all the time I've ordered pizza here and had small things wrong with my order I have never complained and the first time i do I am met with such rudeness!! Her reply was well i'll make the pizza again but I know I made it right the first time!! I said no thanks and hung up! I will not be ordering pizza hut...

Hello to Everyone reading this. Sarnia Pizza Hut is really Good ! All Staff & All Management are super Nice, Polite, Kind, Helpful, Friendly & Understanding. They all do their jobs so well ! As a Customer they're really glad to see you there & they really want you to go back over & over again. They all have Superior Customer Service Skills. The staff there obviously have top notch training. They go above & beyond. Honestly they provided the BEST Customer Service that I've seen in the Restaurant business in a very long time. If you're not happy there not happy. If your happy then they're really truly happy as well. I highly recommend anyone that would like to get a Pizza, Wings, Salad or more to call them or go online to place your order. Pizza Hut Sarnia you all ROCK ! I'll order again from you hopefully one day soon. I am 100% highly recommending it. Just do it & order from the Hut ! Thank You, ...
