I enjoy the excitement of being in a big store filled with electronics, which can be fun to look at all the gadgets I aspire to one day own and to see all the new technologies available, but this experience always quickly turns into disappointment.
There is never any employees around to ask for assistance besides the one cashier who is busy checking out customers' items. It takes forever to pay and get out. There is only ever ONE cashier working, while several Geek Squad members chat amongst themselves.
The last time I was here, I went with my sister and we needed one item for a present for Father's Day. We had no help finding the item, which thankfully was not one of the many items locked behind glass. If it were, we probably would still be there, waiting for assistance.
There was, of course, ONE cashier (the only employee we ever saw in that huge store) who was busy answering a ton of questions from a customer, who really should have been assisted by an employee on the floor instead of holding up the line, but I don't even know if there was more than one employee working. The store is run extremely inefficiently.
The tills where you used to cash out are all closed now with a bunch of products just stocked on top and all around them. You have to go to the Customer Service area that now doubles as the check out. Such a waste of space and money for tills that aren't being used.
The cashier, when you do eventually get to them, was not knowledgeable on the product we were inquiring about (a Ring Doorbell camera) and didn't seem interested in finding out the answers (possibly because there was no one else to ask), she seemed overworked and probably underpaid. The last month I've spent now 348.00 on stuff that's not required for my issue on my p.c and I'm only trying to get 203.00 and biting the fact I'm stuck with my 2tb external HDD. I bought a thing that was suggested from your store worker associate that would apparently fix a stuttering issue with my gaming desktop. I had the piece for 45 min realised when I opened my PC I have the exact SSD already installed. So I purposely drove back before your store closed and it was nothing but this feel sorry policy about how you don't take open items back that hold storage blah blah and that you get nothing back and how there melted. First off you have your workers in the wrong section most of the floor employees are great you have all the ignorant Karen's behind customer returns. Re think your hiring process now I'm stuck with a 203.00 on a in store credit when I dont want anything to do with this location period. It's the 3rd issue I've had buying from here in last 5 wks. Next is writing the general manager
