So just called family pizza. Talking to someone named rob, form the start of the phone call he was obviously annoyed over something. I asked for pizza and wings. I asked what type of wings they had he listed a few and I chose salt and pepper. I said it twice to him and then there was silence... I asked are you still there he said yes... so i waited for him to tell me the amount i owe, silence again for another 30 seconds. So I asked him again are you still there he said im waiting for you to tell me what type of wings you want. So the guy sat on the phone for a min not saying nothing waiting for me.. what a joke.. Poor customer service, honestly this guy either needs a vacation or should learn to speak to people over the phone. Anyhow trust me when i say you will not be getting my business nor my family and friends...

Read moreI know everyone's preferences are different, but in our household we LOVE Family Pizza!! The crust is just perfect, there is always the right amount of cheese, sauces, and toppings, and their pizzas are never greasy or soggy. Our order always gets delivered on time (sometimes earlier). We also love their buffalo wings, breadsticks, and dry ribs. I personally enjoy their caesar salad with their house croutons and real bacon bits. Give them a try if you haven't, and remember to tip the lovely delivery staff (especially when they could be safe at home with their loved ones, instead of keeping us fed during the...
