Ok what's going on at this location!!??!! LOL.

I goto almost all the other locations but this one is very different (not in a good way) I live a block away but I have to travel 10-15 min to the next nearest TT because I have given this location 3 chances now: always the same result. How on earth do you have a 4.2 rating? Your oil temperature is not hot enough! It's causing the product to be soggy and undercooked. Turn up your oil temperature. A couple months I was there I bought a crisp meat burrito. It wasn't crisp. It was undercooked and the tortilla was still completely white (it's supposed to get golden) and soggy. It was more like a soggy burrito. I couldn't believe what I was seeing! Lol. The following week I gave it another chance - this time I watched as she put the crisp meat burrito in the microwave first!?! LOL. What is going on at this location!!?? It's so crazy it's hilarious. Message to employees: If you have to put your food in the microwave before cooking it in the oil, that should tell you that your oil isn't hot enough!! But they obviously do this because the oil isn't cooking it on its own, so they have to defrost everything. Fix your damn deep fryers guys! :( I'll update here the next time I go. Doubt anything will change until they fix their deep fryers. They obviously know their oil isn't hot enough but they don't wanna pay for repairs. Furthermore - I stopped getting the mexi fries because they were always soggy. They're supposed to be golden and crispy. But again if the oil isn't hot enough, that's gonna...

Got my order through Uber Eats. Thought something was off with the burrito, but convinced myself there was just too much lemon or vinegar in the guacamole. Got about 1/3 of the way through my burrito before realizing for sure that it was more of a wine taste than a vinegar taste, and it was leaving a burning sensation in my mouth - something was definitely not right.

Opened up the side of guacamole later to dip my chips in, and could smell right away that was definitely what had been expired in the burrito. Please check your guacamole and throw out any batches that smell or taste like wine - fresh guacamole should not taste like...

The mexi fries were so light in color and almost mush in the bag I received. Mexi fries are supposed to be crispy and fresh not melt in your mouth. The lady was very efficient but does not know how to cook mexi fries. Also, the large burrito I recieved was very spread out I actually had to rewrap it and put more sour cream and cheese by the taco beef because there was none on that side. The cheese and sour cream were only by the veggies. Taco beef should definitely have cheese and sour cream...
