I’m so excited to have found someone who can make strictly gluten free with some plant based/vegan options. It’s tough to be both at once but my golly these don’t even seem plant based or gluten free! She is an excellent cook and baker and doing what she loves! I got the take and bake cinnamon buns. They rose up so nicely, so delicious! I also tried the borscht, carrot cake and a vegan cheesecake. All AMAZING. I think it’s a toss up between the carrot cake and the cinnamon buns for which is my fave. All I know is I’m craving them again so I’ll need my fix again right away. I’m so happy I found her.
