I love Chinese food! This is a runner-up to Asia Buffet. It is reasonably priced, the food is tasty. Almost everything is battered! They have lemon chicken, it is battered. Sweet and sour pork, it is battered. The ginger beef, it is battered. There is another dish, sesame chicken I think, it is battered. I have tried their spring rolls, I wasn't sold on those I think they were like on the sweet side. They have moo goo gai pan, excellent vegetable dish, but not spicy. The Chow Mein, noodles, they are the soft noodle, good flavor,

This is just a takeout delivery, or you can walk in and they have a hot table with the dishes that I have explained above. Of course fried rice egg roll it's your choices and it is good price. I think if choose 4 items it's approximately $10. Which makes it a much affordable Chinese Dinner for One compared to most of the other restaurants

I have edited my review. Since my last review i have eaten there a few more times. My rating has dropped from a 4 star to a 2 star. Mainly due to the meat dishes having very little meat, and the way they handle customer's complaint!

I love Chinese food! This restaurant is reasonably priced, the sauces are tasty good. If you like ALL of your meat dishes battered ... they have lemon chicken, it is battered. Sweet and sour pork, it is battered, ginger beef, it is battered, sesame chicken, it is battered! These dishes are ALL batter, VERY LITTLE meat is involved in these dishes, which makes them OVER priced.The Chow Mein, (soft noodles),good flavor, but greasy. Dry ribs, breaded, the hint of cinnamon/5 spice, is nice surprise, but can't eat too many. I have tried their spring rolls, they were on the sweet side. The egg roll filling, was too mushy. The moo goo gai pan, excellent vegetable dish (when not wilted and hard to tell what the veg is), but should be spicy? The mixed vegetables were good, except for the day that I had them, there were 2 pieces of cabbage that were sour, odd taste, gone bad! (Their response... 'nobody else complain') really!! That's how you handle it??

This is a takeout, delivery, or walk in, place. They have a hot table with the dishes that I have described above. I think if choose 4 items it's approximately $10. Which makes it an affordable, Chinese 'Dinner for One'. My biggest comlaint about Princess Kitchen is, VERY LITTLE meat in their dishes, nothing but batter, and the customer service is also battered!

REMEMBER ... we all, are nice when its good, but when it goes bad, the way that we handle it, is who...

I had ordered dinner for my family through skip the dishes. From the time that we had put the order through to the time that it showed up was a 1 hour and 45 minute duration. We had called twice within the duration of the wait and each time were told to contact skip the dishes. However, upon reading the description it was noted that the restaurant manages it's own deliveries. So the 2nd time I spoke to the manager of the restaurant I had mentioned that the problem should not have to do with skip the dishes, so she took down my information and told me there would be a credit for the same dinner we purchased that day. When the delivery finally showed up at the door after a 1 hour amd 45 minute wait we realized that the food was completely cold. We weren't very happy as we paid a good amount of money for our food however we made it work for the fact of knowing we were given a credit. So a week goes by and we decide we would like to go and pick up our credit. We call and talk with the manager and she totally changes the story telling us it was only a credit for 4 spring rolls. If this would have been the case we would have not accepted the completely cold food at the door. I give this restaurant has horrible customer service and I don't reccomend ordering from here. Big 2 thumbs down , I will defer this business to any friends and it will no longer receive...

Ordered tonight the dinner for 5 with Shanghai noodles added on. The food was great, but we were missing the spring rolls in the order. I called the restaurant as soon as we realized the item was missing, only to be accused of lying because they swore over and over that they put them in and it was our mistake and were told they needed to talk to driver after arguing with me that they for sure sent everything and they would call me back in a few minutes... half an hour later we had to call back again and it took over a 10 minute phone call for them to agree to give a credit or do anything for us. When you spend $90 plus tip on food you expect it to all be there. Was happy they eventually did something to fix the mistake but likely won't reorder from them because of this which is too bad as it used to be our...
