I asked for a chocolate chip icecap and a french vanilla icecapp with an expresso shot in it not knowing Tim Horton's wasn't capable of having a cold one, she decided for me it was now hot beverage and thats what I guess I paid for. When she brought it to me I said I ordered an icecap and she couldnt comprehend that. So she is now charging me for an icecap but I've already paid for some of the icecap and she doesn't get this thinking I'm going to pay for an icecap and keep the hot drink. I say I don't want that hot beverage I want a French vanilla ice cap forget the expresso since thats an issue and carry on with life. I wasn't even upset still just fix it so I can leave! So she does and we are leaving out the door when I hear her whiney ass voice talking about how she can't believe this order and is like heres what happened blah blah talking about me and the order like we were an issue and yeah tone is everything lady talking like she doesn't work in an industry where being polite and having a proper customer service atitude Is a must. Who carries a stir stick at all times to stir your coffee that's actually supposed to be prepared FOR you. Today I went to get a coffee and tasted it before leaving. Tasted like it had no sugar so I asked the lady kindly to put more sugar. She handed me a stir stick and said I have to stir it...lol last time I checked that's their job to stir my coffee before handing it to me. Also, original roast has made me extremely sick since they provided us with dark roast option. I do not know what they changed, because original roast was always my main. I get a severe stomach pain. I ALWAYS ask for dark roast now as it seems that I don't get a stomach ache from it. When I ask for a dark roast I am still eerie about if they'll give me dark roast or not regardless that I asked for it. A few times I've gotten original blend by accident because a few minutes later I'll get stomach pain. Read moreToday jan10,2019at about 12:10-12:15 there is this staff named MOHAMAD by the drive thru at timhortons Fairlight who was verbally impolite....my bill was $5.68 so I handed $20.70 so he could give back $15 paper bill...as I was paying at the window he grabbed the money quickly which made the 70 cents drop on the ground...so I apologized and mentioned it was 70cents so he handed me $15 paper bill change....
