Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Saskatoon

I ordered my food yesterday around 9:50 pm, it was a pickup order (pickup time was 10:09 pm). I reached there around 10:10 pm and found the store is closed!!!!!!!! Just to let you know I placed the pickup order through uber eats, my order was confirmed by the store and the estimated time for pick up the order was showing around 10:09 pm then I left my home to go to the store to pick up my order. I was looking for uber eats contact number but all I found is something like a chatting option where somebody will reply later, I wanted a quick solution and called the store number and it went voicemail saying voicemail is even full!!! Then I placed an order to another store beside it and was waiting till 10:50 pm!!! In between this time, I found 2 more people coming to pick their order like me and they were uber drivers! All of this happened yesterday (January 14, 2022). Their store time according to google and ubereats says open till 11 am-12 am to be sure I called the store about their timing and they said open at 11 am and close at 12 am. So, even after confirming my food, I didn't get my food I wasted almost 1hr in total for this, and around midnight the store says my food is delivered!!! LOL (it was a pickup order) so I contacted uber again and they helped as they were familiar already with the situation as they already had multiple similar complain. I would strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, save your money, and save yourself from...

Ladies were very nice and attentive to customers, however after I left a good tip is when I got annoyed. From the initial conversation I asked what gluten friendly options they had. Presuming that they would understand I need all items GF, to the best of their abilities. It’s always a risk to eat out. I was told the fish was not breaded, but once it was taken out of the oven it very much look breaded. She even moved the top part and it easily came off the fish. It was definitely a breading put on after the fact. I told her I’m celiac and can’t risk it, so she put some grilled chicken on instead. But obviously the price was less for the chicken and I wanted a refund. I didn’t receive I refund on the tax I paid, just the price difference. It was ridiculous. When I asked to be refunded the tax I paid she said to me “it’s only $0.10”. At this point I was just too annoyed to bother. I come through Saskatoon often to visit family, definitely won’t be visiting this...

Thankfully I was hungry, eating a burrito from here. The portion size is generous I got spicy chicken, and as soon as I bit into it, got a fishy flavor. I kept wondering, the whole time, if they gave me fish by accident? The 'chicken' was flaky, and too tender sometimes, to compare with any other chicken I've had, in the past. The meat had me perplexed about what I was eating. Veggies (onions and peppers) were a dollar extra. Usually places charge extra for guac (never saw any btw), extra meat or cheese, so that was new to me. I was really surprised by how, besides the fishy-ness, something with so many flavorful ingredients ie. Spicy chicken, jalapenos, salsa cilantro etc. Could taste so bland. This is very bland tasting food. It was more bad than good, but the place was tidy and service was good, so 3 stars was the highest I could go....
