This is my go to Tim Hortons based on the proximity of it to my home. I head there at least 4 times a week to grab my daily dose of caffeine and sometimes a donut. Typically it’s a very quick turn around to order and grab the order. My partner and I decided to stop to grab some coffees before heading on a road trip. My partner wanted to try the chipotle chicken wrapped with slow cooked chicken. We ordered and by the time we got out on the highway he took a few bites and noticed there was absolutely no meat inside the wrap. What a disappointment, he didn’t eat it. I tried to call them multiple times and even left a voicemail about my disappointment and what happened and then even brought it up in person the next time I visited for a coffee. Nothing was done.
This was quite disappointing, especially because the wrap was $9 and basically a throw away...

Read moreThis particular restaurant has a problem with flies. You would normally see several in showcases on donuts when they put it on display. On Sep 16 at ~6am, I was dining in, and two flies were trying to get on my food. I'm visiting this location since opening earlier this year, and the flies have been around for several weeks now. There's no obvious source nearby, so I don't think they come inside from the street. I had to stop ordering pastry here...
