I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding a recent experience at your establishment on June 4th. My dining experience was significantly marred by unacceptable treatment from the owner.

During our visit, the owner approached our table of 8 and informed us that it was reserved, despite there being no reservation signage present. We were told that this reservation had been in place for two months, an expectation of prior knowledge that we found unreasonable. He also incorrectly accused us of arriving at 2 pm, when we actually arrived at 4 pm. When we tried to clarify this, he stated he was "not there to argue" and then boasted about being in business for 25 years and knowing how to run it.

This occurred after we had already placed our order, which had not yet been served. The owner was unwilling to find any alternative solutions and instead was belligerent and rude. With no solution presented we all left.

As a paying customer, I have never experienced such poor treatment. If I could give this business negative stars, I would. I sincerely hope you will take this feedback seriously and reconsider how similar situations are handled in the future to ensure a more positive experience for...

I went in here optimistic, hoping I had found a gem to go to when looking for some good pub food. It was semi busy when my friend and I showed up. We got our table and started looking at the menu. I ordered a beef dip and my friend ordered a pizza. Now, I’m not a horseradish fan. So I had asked the server to have the cooks not put that on for me. When I got my food, instructions were followed but to my disappointment, the meat had nothing for flavour. Just super bland and even the auju sauce couldn’t help. To be honest, the sandwich might have even tasted a bit better without the dip which is saying a lot… Maybe they rely on the horseradish to give the sandwich kick and I missed out, but I would definitely recommend looking at how the meat is prepped and maybe give it more spicing up to make things more exciting. At least a bit more salt if nothing else. On the plus side, the fries were good. My friend said his pizza was kind of subpar too. Our waitress was friendly and courteous but didn’t stop by much to check on us very much so it was long waits for drink refills or any other...

This place wasn’t it for me. While the vibe is cool and chill, the decor is funky and the staff is friendly and attentive- I did not enjoy the good. I had the chicken Cesar salad and unfortunately it was the most disgusting salad I’d ever had. They boast it being heavy on the garlic. Which isn’t bad- I love garlic. However this has no resemblance to a Cesar salad. Even if it’s homemade dressing, it’s missing the Cesar. It tasted like they took raw garlic, crushed it up and made a cream dressing. It was pure raw garlic. The chicken was shredded rotisserie chicken that was unseasoned, no flavour. It was also pink- I’m sure it was cooked but it was very unappetizing.

The people I came with enjoyed their meals, I did not.

The waitress did tend to the matter and comped the meal- much appreciated. I did ensure I provided feedback- I’m not sure who would enjoy this and I’m not an overly picky person.

I probably won’t return as a result.
