True Pizza — Restaurant in Saskatoon

Well I'll start my review by mentioning that my first order with them was completely forgotten about, but was handled very well, apologies and some free items to try if I decided to try again.

Ordered again, cause free items of course, and it was definately okay. Grabbed a couple pizzas and some wings. My delivery reeked of stale cigerettes (most likely from the delivery driver, which was a turn off from the start) the pizza was above average, Good crust, sauce tasted like straight up tomato sauce with no flavour added, which is fine, toppings were fresh and plentiful, and the cheese was of good quality and quantity. The wings were similar to the boring ones you'd get from Domino's or most other franchise pizza places.. nothing special, I added my own hot sauce to kick them up.

As far as the prices go, averaging $20/ 12" pizza makes them more on the expensive side, so I would expect much better. With the countless pizza options in the city, I probably wouldn't choose True...

If I could give a ZERO, it would be -100! what kinda laid back lazy operations is this business! I paid for an online order with expected delivery in 30mins and 2 hours later, no update or feedback on the order despite several calls to their phone number for update, no one answered. And when an employee did answer, it was an 'I don't care' conversation (because she works elsewhere) which did not resolve my complaint. So right now, no Pizza, No refund, No feedback on when my refund will be and so annoying, No one answers...

Ordered through Skip the dishes and received a smooshed pizza. (probably from the delivery driver leaving a pizza box on its side...). I blame skip for that, not the business, but the pizza itself tasted like it was made with expired ingredients. I had other people try and confirm that something definitely tasted off. Ended up throwing away an extra large pizza. I ordered the Italian Sausage pizza... wouldn't recommend based on my first pizza...
