Aqua Adventure Water Park Travelodge Hotel Saskatoon — Attraction in Saskatoon

I booked a month in advance to guarantee my family and I would have our rooms. 4pm Friday the day of check in manager called me to tell me my reservation was changed. . Threatened to cancel my reservations for being abusive. For asking relevant questions. Like Why were my reservations changed? No rooms available closer together? What was the point in booking a month in advance if not guaranteed? Can you give me a discount since my family will now be separated? How are you going to accommodate me and my family? Then charged my credit card an extra $168.84. Then when I call to question it she is like: “I’m looking at your account and everything is credited back” I offered to take a screenshot and email it to her. She said “no you can dispute with your credit card company” then hung up on me! Security gave my daughter wrong directions to our room, by the time she got there… our food was cold. While in the pool a lady that works in the pool area, swept water on the main walk way of pool back into the pool. Like...

The water slides were fun but the staff could care less about people following the rules. Kids were jumping into the pool over and over despite signs saying no jumping, kids were fighting and wrestling, running and jumping into the pool, pushing people in. On the slides people were belly flopping down the waterslides, taking a running start and jumping on, going backwards, forward on their stomach, even adults were doing this and not following the rules. The staff were around and could plainly see what was happening but said nothing. The waterslides are fun but if the staff don't enforce the rules somebody is going to get hurt, kids will be kids but I've never seen a Waterpark so rowdy and chaotic with staff that simply didn't care...

I called ahead to ask if the travelodge had any fly and stay packages. Where we could stay a night, they shuttle us to the airport in the morning and our car stays parked until we return. The guy said yes and gave us a price, told me the shuttle leaves every hour starting at 5am. We get to the hotel are told they do not have shuttles but we can call our own cab. Then I'm told they will give us a parking pass so our car can stay parked here until we return. We check in after much discussion, then I ask for the park Pass and he says no we don't do that.
