Vern's Pizza - Central Ave — Restaurant in Saskatoon

Food Has Gone Down Hill! We ordered our usual from the Central Ave. location... with some extra dry ribs (they were on sale)... 55 minutes later the food arrived and was luke warm at best. When I first called back to advise them about the situation, it was easy to tell that they weren't interested in customer service or satisfaction, and they basically acted like there was nothing they could do about it. After some persistence, they reluctantly offered to remake the order (...wait another hour with hungry kids..) or he would pass my name and number to the owner, who should be back on Monday (today is Friday). When I asked about why the owner wasn't there, the person on the phone said "what do you think, he's in the kitchen cooking with us?", which I thought was very rude and disrespectful to a paying customer. Also don't order the dry ribs as they were mostly tiny little pieces of breading with barely any meat. Ordered my favourite, Vern’s Special and when it arrived I tried to pay with my debit card. The machine wouldn’t work and the driver kept apologizing. He took out the battery and reset the machine, and it still didn’t work. After 10 minutes of trying my pizza was luke warm at best. The driver and I decided I should call the restaurant and we both talked on speaker. I said I didn’t want to pay full price for a cool pizza and suggested I should get it free, with the encouragement of the driver. The person on the phone laughed and said no one had ever suggested that. I said it wasn’t funny because I didn’t want to pay for a cold pizza and he hung up on me.I sent the driver back without paying and called the restaurant. I told them I sent back the pizza and would like a hot replacement pizza, and he hung up on me again!!! I have tried messaging the Vern’s Facebook page and calling back to the restaurant as they suggested, but the customer service is ridiculous!!!! Very rude because he said it probably was my fault the machine...
