Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Saugeen Shores

Truly only have ordered here because they are the only delivery service to our address in Southampton(passed the outfitters). We have previously had decent customer service and the food here is subpar for the price. Last night will likely be our final order. We have never had an issue with delivery before, our driveway is on a slant and is currently muddy so we also always put in the delivery instructions to park roadside to avoid getting stuck. It’s not the easiest of places to find, but again we have never had an issue with deliveries before. The delivery driver supposedly drove past our address to a neighbours, and proceeded to call my mother and became short with her in regards to our house not being “marked properly.” We had moved in March, and have been trying to improve the visibility to our driveway/home since living here, we have an address sign at roadside, and again have had no issues with any of the other deliveries. The man proceeded to express his frustration in regards to not being able to find our address, which would’ve been solved with a simple Google Maps search. I understand the difficulty of finding the driveway, but in a modern age where all of us have our phones attached to our hands, I don’t understand how he decided the best customer service option would be to call my mother to shame her about our address visibility and hang up on her mid sentence, about an issue that could be simply solved with a Google search. The man also proceeded to spend the time of the transaction explaining his reasoning behind his frustration, and holding onto the pizza with dear life as if we were about to rob him, after probably the 20th time ordering from them and again, never having any issues. The feelings regarding the visibility of address are somewhat understandable, but the way he had handled the issue has lost our business due to his extreme lack of professionalism. It's been a few months without another incident! It must've been an off day! Once again getting dinner for rhe family 2 or 3 times a month!

Never had a problem with Domino's in the past but last week there was! I had ordered online like always! When the app said my order was ready I went in to pay and pick it up! After paying the employee said that the second of two pizzas was just coming out of the oven! They must've boxed the wrong pizza as I waited 20 minutes for the second pizza! Needless to say I was late and had one warmish pizza! I asked if there was some kind of discount and didn't get a reply! Like I said earlier I have never had this happen before as I usually order 2 or 3 times a month since they've opened! Hopefully it was just a bad day...

The pizza from this location has always been great, always fresh and hot. Only concern is the one delivery driver. He does not act professional when he has delivered. He does always greet and say hi but then instantly complains everytime about having to drive to far to deliver. I am located just outside town and haven't had an issue with any other driver that has delivered. Took an hour and fifteen minutes to deliver tonight in which pizza was warm at best, no safety seal on two boxes and had to talk to the driver twice because he had to go into the store to talk to his manager about my location.
