Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Saugeen Shores

I'm absolutely stunned at the service I received today, and not in a good way. I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza without the green onion, as I am allergic to it. They called me and said the cook accidentally put green peppers and asked if it was ok or if they should remake. I explained my situation and asked them to remake. Our order showed up within 5 minutes so I questioned them and asked if it was remade and she said yes. Upon bringing the pizza into the kitchen, my husband was first to take a slice and said it tasted of green pepper. We inspected the pizza closer and there were green peppers in places that they obviously missed when picking them off ("remaking").

Yes, I could have just picked the peppers off but that's besides the point. I asked for it without peppers.

I am appalled that a good chain like this would allow something like this to happen and will likely not be ordering there again.

I had a lot of time with Pizza Hut nothing better than the sit down spots been to those but how about Ordering some Pizza Hut yeah even Stacks eats Pizza Hut and sometimes i order the ice cream from here Ben and Jerry's when I am very lazy instead of going to grocery store they will deliver..
