first of all the customer service is horrendous. my friends and i have been there a couple of times. the first time we went i ordered an iced coffee with almond milk, when i got my coffee there was regular milk instead of almond. i asked for them to fix my order very politely and the worker threw the coffee in the sink and it smashed everywhere. the second experience i had was just 20 minutes ago. my friend order 2 everything’s bagels, an iced capp and an iced coffee with milk instead of cream, simple right? WRONG. they didn’t have the everything bagel which is fine but they only have 12 grain and sesame. no one was upset about this but when the worker started to make the iced coffee she said “ugh, i hate people who order like this” right in-front if my friends face. then once it came to my order i first ordered a strawberry frozen lemonade and she just looked me in my face and said no, after about 5 seconds of me just standing there she said they can’t serve anything frozen right now. once i said it was fine i just a won’t get a dink and proceeded to order a crispy chicken ceaser wrap, i paid and then went to wait for the my food. after waiting for about 2 minutes the guy making the food said they didn’t have chicken, then they said what else do you want? i didn’t know what they had and they just stared at me for 2 minutes and then finally i said i would have a bagel toasted with butter. they gave me back the difference which was good, but when we got home our bagels were drenched in butter and soggy. save your time and money and don’t go to this tim hortons. you will be disappointed and not get anything that...

I have had so many problems here that I stopped going to Tims. -1- Coffee is never consistent & tastes different everytime -2- Today I ordered a coffee, sandwich, hashbrown combo and a donunt in the morning. I repeated the order twice to cashier just to make sure they got the order. Went to the drive thru window and was only given coffee and sandwich. When asked for hashbrown and donut then was told they didnt charge me for it. I lost out on combo savings. Oh well no biggie. We are all humans & make mistakes. But the coffee & sandwich tasted very different. -3- Then went back in the evening and ordered coffee, bagel and donut. Bagel was not even toasted. Went back & told them about it. After 5 mins of waiting got another bagel, again cold & untoasted. Gave up on the worker and proceeded to drive home. But wait, the coffee lid was not put on properly, and it spilled all over the bagel, donut, and my car. Thanks for the mess Tims! -4- All the hired school kids keep chilling and some older people are busting their behinds in the back. So obviously the service is going go suffer. -5- Thank you for forcing me to give my business to McDonalds...
Read moreEverytime I order a French Vanilla from this location, it is always missing 1/4 of the drink. I forget to check or feel rushed to do so in the drive thru with other cars behind me. I get out on the hwy and go to drink it and this is when I find my disappointment. When ever I go into the restaurant to order, I am usually served eventually by someone who just happens to be passing by while 5 or 6 employees are rushing the drive thru. One employee had actually yelled over to the drive thru crowd asking for help and the repose was no. Growing up in Oakville and having the head office location and training centre right there I had the opportunity to see and witness how a true Tim Horton's is suppose to be run and what a difference, the lack in quality of product and especially customer service!
