This location has the distinction of being the slowest fast food spot in Sault Ste Marie. Incredibly incredibly slow. It’s actually a running joke in our mill of 200 people how unorganized and miss managed this “fast food” restaurant is. In an effort to minimize the time vehicles are spent waiting at the window this location will only take 1 order at a time. Then prepare it , then serve it all while keeping all other vehicles waiting behind the speaker. One at a time!!!!!!! It’s infuriating there will be a bottleneck of 10 cars sitting at the speaker all waiting to order while one car waits at the window for their food. It’s the most inefficient way to run a fast food drive through. Common sense would tell you the person taking orders should get those orders into the kitchen so the kitchen can start preparing them. It would make the restaurant so much more efficient. Now I’m pretty sure the reason this location does it this way is to trick Burger King Corporate into believing that this location has good window or maybe order times. When they make everyone wait at the speaker it doesn’t start the clock on their order because technically they haven’t taken the order yet. After this happening again yesterday I made the decision to stop going to Burger King all together. I also made the decision to post this review. I also made the decision to email corporate. For the record this place does this all the time. This isn’t a one off. If I was the owner I’d be angry about this. Read moreI ordered on Whopper Wednesday. Waited a long time and was asked if someone else's order, that came after mine, belong to me. Told them I ordered a single whopper. They went back to the busy drive thru, still no whopper. One of the employees on break took notice, and went to the back to check (above & beyond) only to find out my order NEVER WAS PLACE BEYOND THE CASHIER!! It doesn't take much to realize a Whopper takes more than a couple of minutes to make, thus I would be stuck waiting AGAIN! I left to catch the last bus home, WHOPPERLESS .
Here's where it gets beyond REDONKULOUS!! I go back days LATER, explain what happened, THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY!!! Only a replacement Whooper! THE SAME THING HAPPENS "IMPOSSIBLY YET AGAIN!!" They don't remember my order and the process repeats itself a second time!! I take my ONE HOUR in combined time from both encounters, to read the receipt on the way out, that says IN WRITING "REFUND" due to the fact the price difference of Wed Whopper being cheaper than the day I got it! Now they've LIED to me on top of this!

Read moreIt is good when they get your order right! I regularly ask for extra salt and pepper on my whopper and fries and the only time they got it right was when the manager was taking my order. And it's dang good when they get it right!
They also have a HORRIBLE drive through system. I've worked in fast food so I know they have you pull out of then line when they're making your food so they have good drive through times, HOWEVER, it is not organized at all. They just tell you to park, but they don't tell you where, and they don't tell each other where! So when there are multiple people pulled up they have no idea who's order is who's so they end up just walking around with bags of food going to each car, not knowing what's in the bag, and just asking people if it's their order, like I don't know, what is it???
Also they forgot my lemonade one time and I'm still upset...
