To Angela Mann. I am still waiting for your call regarding receiving a roll up cup that was rolled prior to me receiving my Large Coffee. At 3:00 pm today I went through your drive through and ordered a large coffee. While driving to my work at the airport the coffee cup was leaking on my console and even pressing the lid it wouldn't seal and continued to leak. I found that a little odd. When I arrived at the reception area at approx. 3:30pm I opened the drinking flap and I could see a mark on the rim and noticed it wasn't rolled tightly. When I pulled the lid off it was obvious that the rim was already rolled open and re-rolled. This is disgusting knowing someone tampered with my cup. How many fingers were in this cup while it was being rolled up. I called your cell phone at 4:18 pm and I am still waiting for a phone call . I returned to your storefront a little after 4:00pm and was given your cell number from the supervisor (kid). My next email will be to Tim Hortons head office customer service. Read moreI just want to start out by saying I am very disappointed with staff members in here and how they train their employees I was in here getting a coffee and an employee was training another employee and was belittling her in front of all the other customers it was very sad if you're going to train an employee you should be more respectful if they're doing something wrong show them how to do it properly don't belittle somebody in front of others it's disgusting help employees traingnother employees if you don't have proper staff or management to do it themselves then put them in for a better day for training don't put them in with somebody who's younger than them I am absolutely a palled by this after I make the statement I'm going straight to head office!!!! Read moreI ordered my coffee a breakfast sandwich and asked for it to be double toasted. The gentleman at the counter was fantastic and the lady making my coffee great! The issue came when the guy making the food presented my sandwich claiming it’s double toasted I checked it to be a saugy depressed English muffin. I simply said could you please toast this again I don’t believe it’s double toasted. The guy took it back the one making the rod yelled loud enough so I can hear “it is double toasted he’s wrong” I calmly asked if it can please be toasted again they sent it back and the one making the food loudly yelled “what does he want it burnt? I’ll burn it and set it on fire” finally the nice guy gave me my breakfast and I went on my way. I got back to my truck to find a completey black burnt to a crisp English muffin breakfast sandwich.
