The staff were rushing like crazy, and I was handed an Iced Capp with the lid not secured properly. Half of it was already dripping down the sides. I asked for napkins and was given only two, but by that point, the drink had spilled all over the interior of my 3 day old new vehicle.
They made me stand around and wait 10 minutes just to talk to someone.
When I brought this issue to the store owner, I received no apology, no offer of help, and not even basic courtesy. He wouldn’t even tell me his name. I had to go back inside and practically beg for more napkins afterwards.
They used to treat you like a person when you got your coffee at Tim Hortons and now you are lucky if someone even makes eye contact as you tap your card. They want you to complain in the app so it can go right under the rug. No thank you, I’ll just never spend my money at Tim...

Read moreI'm pretty sure my toddler got food poisoning from their timbits. She ate 1 and half timbit and started throwing up. I smelt the timbits and they smelt like yeast and did not smell sweet at all. She was feeling fine before she ate them. Then she felt sick with stomach pains for the last 24 hours now. Almost had to take her to emerge.
Please make sure the stations are all sanitary. Make sure frozen and unfrozen foods are put where they need to be so they don't go stale and then reheated. It was the sour cream glazed timbits, which looked like honey dip. Something didn't seem right about them. Odd texture.
Also, there must be a better way to handle a complaint in person rather than telling the customer there's nothing they can do and that we have to go online to...
