Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Sault Ste. Marie

I have been enjoy the service, food, and value for quite some time. Ann is always quick with a smile and to remember not only my regular order but to call me by name. The loyalty rewards is a very nice added bonus. I regularly travel across town, past two direct competitors to buy from these fine folks. Do yourself a favour and make a visit soon.

Great food, great value for what is made, and the service is second to none. Other businesses in and around SSM would do well to look at this establishment as a benchmark to gauge...

Decided to finally return to this Mr.Sub after many years. I wish we had kept coming here because their service, food, and atmosphere are all great. I'm glad they've been able to keep their prices down as many other restaurants are becoming too expensive. So the prices here are definitely worth it. The customer service today was excellent. They were super nice to my daughter.

Not going to lie. Service and quality has definitely gone down over the years, in general for this franchise. As for this location, I will not be returning. The napkin dispensers were out or nearly so. The sandwich maker had to refill most of the items required to make my sandwich, the bread was so stale it disintegrated and all my toppings fell onto the wrapper requiring me to request a fork and spoon to eat it.
