When to the restaurant on Monday. Ordered 40.00 worth of food and it was a disaster. They forgot my drink. My blizzard looked like a milkshake. The potato skins were jammed into a fry container so all of the top part of the potato skins were at the bottom of the container. I took pictures and called in to complain and I was told that I could pick up my missing drink within 14 days. The girl that served me was the girl that took my call and she was rude and annoyed that I called to complain. I called again today asking to speak to the manager and it was the same girl. She told me that she is the manager. I told her about the order and said that I would be coming in. She said in the future I need to give notice that I'm coming in. I said this is notice. I went in 30mins later and showed her the pictures of the blizzard and potato skins. She said I will get those items after viewing the pictures. I put in an order for other food to go along with the order. They were very very slow.i was there for 27mins for a grilled chicken burger that was plastered with mayo and rotten lettuce. The burger was burned and so hard. It was a hard hockey puck. There were 2 workers making the skins which went in the microwave. No one was wearing gloves and the guy making the burger kept touching his face and then touching the food which he did several times. The place was dirty behind the counter. I asked about my blizzard and she told me it was already done but I didn't even tell her what kind no wanted so she had to make it again. It was not shown to me upside down as it would have been on the floor. She had mixed it for too long. There was 3 workers and it was clear that the staff were not trained. She didn't know what order was mine and which one was my daughters. Even I could tell the orders apart as there was a small gap between them. I have 2 years of experience working at tim Hortons and I was going to apply as there was a help wanted sign but there is no way I could handle the lack of pride and professionalism. It's covid era right now and going to eat there is almost a guarantee that you will get covid. What happened to the regulations that have been put in for all restaurants to follow???? Disgusting. Also the soft drink machine doesn't have any ice so the soft drinks are warm. I added the pictures I took to the gallery to show others what they can expect. I went on 2 different occasions so it's clearly not a one time problem and I also read the other reviews which were very bad. I wouldn't have cared about waiting almond 30mins for a simple order if the food would have been at least acceptable. Food wasn’t ready, we did not even get our drinks at the window which was a medium milk shake, and a large Dr. Pepper. After given the food, we were not given our drinks so we had to ask for them again. We had gotten salads which were a poor excuse for a “chicken” blt salad containing barely any chicken. Better yet, no dressing was put in the bag which we asked for 3 packets when ordering. Went through drive thru for a burger and ice cream. Waived through to park. Waited 10 minutes then went in to see what was going on. 3 employees the male (marcus) was sanding around while the 2 girls were working. Asked for my refund and stated how unacceptable the wait was. Marcus then yelled at me that it takes more than 7 minutes to make a burger and that i should shut up. There were no burgers on the grill, nor was anyone working the grill area. Got my refund from the girl who took my order while the other girl took over grill finally (as the order behind me came in for a refund as well).
