Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Sault Ste. Marie

I went there today and ordered a simply sausage breakfast sandwich on her croissant with chipotle sauce when I arrived home, I noticed that it was not toasted. I called and she said you need to drive back and return it if you would like the proper one I loaded my kids got back in the car and drove there, and when I got to the window, she was very rude to me stating that they are not normally toasted and that they’re only doing this as a one time convenience with major attitude in her voice said to her please don’t be rude to me. I’ve ordered the same thing from other Tim Hortons and they have always came toasted. Upon arriving home for the second time, they loaded my sandwich in so much chipotle that you could not even see the sausage on It was dripping from all sides, pictures attached this girl needs to be fired and has absolutely no customer service skills. She needs to remember that she’s working at Tim Hortons and needs a reality check. I contacted head office and they assured me they are always toasted. Today, I ordered a cilantro veggie wrap and a coffee in second line Tim hortons and my experience was very disappointed with what I received. The wrap was extremely watery, the rice inside was hard and difficult to chew (almost raw/stale), and the portion size was much smaller than usual. Even the flour wrap was sticked paper as you can see everything in the pictures i shared with you. Overall quality of veggie wrap was poor and not worth it. I usually get fresh and delicious wrap from other Tim hortons but today it was not good. Even when i called them and informed i got this kind of wrap, they said talk to manager. Do we need to come specifically for this? Although I usually enjoy Tim Hortons, this experience was extremely unsatisfying. I hope if you care more in food preparation and portioning so customers can receive fresh and properly cooked meals, also nobody can deal with this kind of food. only this Tim Horton’s service is slow and terrible. Even i saw one day two of their employees were fighting and she was abusing in front of me and other customers to her other member. I do not know literally, is this a way to give best service...

I don't usually go here... I've been there twice in the past week or so for breakfast. (wanted to try the app to order...as I generally do coffee from home.) so I ordered a farmers wrap with bacon and sausage... One time in Wiarton, I tried to order that over the speaker... I ended up with 2 wraps, one with bacon and chipotle only, the other with sausage and chipotle only... I generally had to explain it to the person behind the counter even what I wanted... Like drawing a picture kind of detail. I honestly can't stand Tim Hortons... The line up's are usually blocking a lane at the worst times of the day. The new make-over reminds me of a dentists office outside in. Edit: the first one was good, second one was a bit... Like it was grilled/toasted twice... I won't be back. Update: stopped by the Timmie's close to a job I was doing this week for coffees and a farmers wrap. Instead of being in the usual cardboard container, it came wrapped in wax paper and it was about the size of a McDonalds breakfast burrito...but only one, and almost three times the cost. Only time I'll be back in a Timmie's is...
