My friends wanted to visit this place because of the horror stories and it being a haunted house after doing some reviews I was sitting at the iconic table 13. Read up the stories and you'll see I'm a firm believer but I have never seen any paranormal activity I'm just a foodie and I went to eat. After reading the reviews the food I decided to get chicken wings which was wing night on a Monday and a burger with a caesar salad my buddies ordered a side of mozzarella sticks we shared that The wings were pretty good your typical bar pub type chicken wings I got the fire hall sauce wings. The burger was actually very good it was a special with jalapenos onions and it just hit the spot Caesar salad was good. Service was good just a tad late on delivering the refills as my friend was waiting for his mayonnaise and we finished our burgers before the Mayo came. Overall very good experience it is a restaurant in an old house we drove 45 minutes to get there worth the try if you're in the area. I love these little hidden gems

This place is a good stop to do for dinner in Port Perry. I was visiting from far far away and went here by chance and glad I did. They had seating inside and on the patio. I sat on the patio so the view was alright faces a park and Main Street. Parking would be easy to find but is limited because itās on the Main Street. Washroom inside on multiple floors. They had some cool decorations inside like a suit of armour. Had a Caesar here if you like it hot Iād recommend the reaper Caesar. Had muscles for an app and they would probably top 10 best muscles Iāve ever had. My partner had the chicken bah mi and it was good and I had the chicken Parmesan which came with cooked veggies and a pasta side. Portions were large. Service was good. Would return to eat here!

Have you ever gone to a place and felt like the people were just trying as hard as they could ,but the ability was just not there āWell thatās how I felt after eating at the Court Jester -I phoned ahead and the lady said she could take us .Unfortunately , from arrival to the time I got the food ,It was close to 11/2 hrs - The food.was fine -upscale Pub Fare -but dining out should be an enjoyable experience ,not a stressful finger, tapping wait-I think it would be better to turn away customers that they donāt have the ability to serve ,in a timely fashion. At least the customer ,that gets turned away will probably come back, but I wouldnāt go back- for more stress!

Heritage home restaurant with two floors. Have been here several times, service and food are always consistent. This time around, we arrived at 12:30 pm, told to wait 15 minutes. We waited, and they finally opened up upstairs. They would not open upstairs until there was an adequate queue. We also waited almost 30+ minutes to get our food. By the time we were done, it was cutting into my dinner. I come to Port Perry regularly for business and entertain customer, unfortunate retired locals have lots of money and eat out all the time. Every visit, the majority of restaurants are all booked. Not a good area to entertain customers and is really frustrating.
