I dont even know where to start. 1.) Disgusting unsanitary tables and tills.
2.) Staff was rude, not in a usual way either. They seemed to not only hate their job but hated the customers.
3.) Upon inquiring about a manager to ask about the utensil and ketchup station being empty, I was greeted with the statement.( we aren't obligated to state our names or managers. ) interesting... also not a name tag in the place.
4.) The staff did not seem to be stable. ( in multiple ways ) ...drugs? Alcohol? Definitely some sort of substance or maybe just pure anger?
5.) After wiping, removing garbage and cleaning our table off all while dealing with children and food in hand.
6.) I was then approached by an elderly woman who made the comment ("sometimes I think the people running this place must live in a dump....)"
after a few minutes of talking, she stated that this place has went downhill noticeably in the last 5 years. Extremely downhill in the last year. She won't be going back. Neither will I.
The management and staff need to get a grip. The only staff there who had a decent idea of human capacity was the gentlemen who isn't even a full citizen. I give him credit working with the "long term" staff there. Hopefully they make some changes and take some training. There wasn't a surface in there that was sanitary, and with the exception of one gentlemen. not a staff...
Read moreI really don't like leaving negative reviews, but in this case, I feel like I don't have a choice. McDonald's is McDonald's, sometimes the food is nice and warm, sometimes the food is cold like it was tonight. I came in to do some shopping with my children and we decided to go to the McDonald's. I had with me a 10-year-old, a 7-year-old, a 5-year-old special needs girl, a 4-year-old, and an almost 2-year-old.
The issue that I have is that my son pointed out that the exit door had a huge sign saying that it was a fire exit and the door should never be blocked. However, this staff had piled things in front of the door so that it was not accessible. As it was my 7-year-old son that pointed it out, I felt it would be good to show him a good example and tell the manager. I was very polite, and raised it as I didn't want them to get in trouble. When I told the manager, she mumbled something about well that's where they put.... And then she walked away.
Again, McDonald's is McDonald's. Nobody goes in there. Expecting it to be anything else other than McDonald's. However, I believe that any customer that walks in should expect a safe exit in case there...
Read moreI was quite disappointed! Despite the McDonald's is connected inside the Walmart I expected at least better service and a cleaner establishment. Came in to sit down with my children the place was quite messy with garbage on the floor all over. And trash bin was overfilled and both were not attended to the whole hour that we were there, despite there was only three customers, the place was pretty much empty. Given down time someone should have attended cleaning duties.
The part that I was disappointed was when we received our meals, we were served cold fries that were sitting out to long and were old & greasy! They did replace them, they had to make a new batch.
The young lady that served us seemed like she had no clue what she was doing standing around a lot gazing like she was lost or confused. I really felt she wasn't trained properly! I chose not to eat anything at this establishment and I just fed my wife and kids.
I wouldn't want someone to lose their job, My only recommendation would be for "I believe" better training and...
