Lovesick Lake Restaurant – A Hidden Gem Worth the Trip!

Stopped in at Lovesick Lake Restaurant (now under new ownership) and was blown away! I had the corned brisket sandwich with fries, and it was hands down one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. The sandwich was packed with flavor, and the fries? Absolutely amazing—perfectly crisp and golden.

The ambience was warm and inviting, with a laid-back lakeside charm that made the experience even better. What really stood out, though, was the staff—super friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home.

Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu. Highly recommend this spot if you’re anywhere...

Rating 5 stars for what it is... A quality roadside diner. Don't expect fine dining by any means, but this is a great little stop. Decent menu selection, friendly service, and generous portions. The owners are very kind, and helped with some extra accomodations for our baby. The restaurant is attached to their store, so it's fun to look around while waiting for your food. There is lots to look at, so it was easy to keep the kids entertained. A bonus? Their french fries are just like chip truck fries! Great...

Giving the rating as one star would be too much as we got zero service there. One of the worst restaurants we been to. The tables were not clean, the staff wasn’t welcoming. They didn’t attend us at all. In fact we approached them twice asking if we can place an order. The staff showed us attitude and asked to wait. We had to leave the restaurant without any food.
