Pizza Salvatoré — Restaurant in Sept-Îles

I placed an order for my family and I wrongly put the restaurant address as mine, after realizing that I contacted the call center to modify the address and they confirmed that they did. After waiting nearly two hours my wife had to wake me up even though I was exhausted from the long trip I made, so I had to visit the restaurant to see what’s going on. Once there, the gentleman told me that they did not receive any modification and the delivery guy called the phone number they have ( my wife’s phone number ) which is not true. I grabbed the food and left the restaurant, once home I realized that they forgot to give me the drink I ordered, so I had to come back to the restaurant once again and meanwhile ask the gentleman to reheat the food as it was cold. Finally when I arrived home, I opened the boxes and surprisingly only one pizza was reheated and the fries were burned. The best part is that No apology, No compensation and I heard them talking bad about me while reheating one pizza and burning the fries although I was so respectful and kept my cool. So I had to wait outside to avoid any further contact.

Nous avons passé une commande en ligne à 17h00, et choisi l'option d'aller la récupérer en succursale puisque l'application prévoyait que le tout serait prêt à récupérer à 17h30, comparaivement à 18h30 si nous faisions livrer. Nous nous sommes donc présenté au comptoir à l'heure prévue, et avons finalement pu récupérer notre souper à 17h50.

Nous aurions effectivement peut-être du vérifier le tout avant de repartir, mais arrivés à la maison nous nous sommes apperçu qu'il manquait plusieurs items à notre commande.

18h00, on y retourne pour aller chercher ce qu'il nous manque. L'erreur de commande est alors considérée comme une nouvelle commande, et le compteur repart à zéro.

Nous sommes sortis du resto avec nos items manquants à 19h00.

Deux heures en tout pour réussir à rassembler notre commande au complet.

Si ce n'était que ça, nous serions prêts à l'accepter et passer l'éponge car nous avons bien constaté que l'équipe était complètement débordée et faisait tout son possible pour sortir les commandes...

Par contre, notre 1h20 d'attente sur place nous a également permis de constater qu'une ambiance de travail toxique régnait en cuisine alors que leur supérieur leur a crié et lancé des insultes devant les clients à répétition, durant toute notre période d'attente. Nous trouvons cette situation totalement inacceptable et somme toute plus inquiétante que les délais d'attente et les embûches rencontrées pour obtenir notre souper.

Nous tenons donc à souligner le travail de l'équipe en cuisine et à leur offrir tout notre respect puisque force est de constater que le problème ne semble pas être derrière les...

As far as I know from the numerous time he made my food, Slah should be paid double because believe me it's gonna be good. You want a pizza or anything else made to look and also taste good? It's the place and Slah is your guy. 🍕🦸‍♂️. You won't get a pizza that looks like every item is counted it's made to be tasty and generous and if you haven't tried the other things on the menu, well you should.
