Alright, hear me out: this place should be on a main street in a rich Metropolis being reviewed by the best food critics because, Oh My God! This place is one hidden gem that, if you're in the area, you MUST visit.

When you walk into this place, it looks humble, yet very stylish and cozy. It's very well designed and decorated. And the staff is very friendly and they greet clients with such a beautiful positive attitude.

We ordered poke bowls and some Ramen soup expecting it to be like any regular place... I'm glad to say that we underestimated the quality of our food by a factor of 100! Très bon & fait avec attention. Bonne vinaigrette pour la salade, très rehaussante. Bien que les tartares avaient beaucoup de goût, je me questionne justement s'il n'y avait pas une trop grande variété de goût pour un même tartare. Peut-être qu'à tirer dans trop de directions, on en perd le fil conducteur culinaire du plat. Par exemple, j'ai l'impression que l'acidité des fraises efface complètement le grand effort de salé dans celui avec les morceaux de tortillions. Mais il faut garder à l'esprit qu'il s'agit d'une critique de l'ordre du "fine tuning". Je vais définitivement y retourner. Dernière chose : je crois qu'il vaudrait la peine de faire un menu...
