La personne qui a versée la "rootbeer" dans le verre n'a même pas vu que c'était transparent. Aucun souci du détail, visiblement ils se fichent de la qualité et du service. Comme c'était une livraison, j'étais pas vraiment pour la retourner, alors j'ai fait une plainte, ce que j'ai reçu après c'était un "oups, s'cusez".... aucun remboursement, aucune compensation, j'ai payé pour un verre d'eau et ils s'en fichent, donc ils se fichent pas mal de la satisfaction des clients. Je ne retournerai plus à ce restaurant et je ne commanderai plus rien d'eux, comme ils s'en fichent, je suppose qu'il mettent n'importe quoi dans la nourriture aussi, sans regarder. Très mauvaise expérience, je ne recommande pas.

We find Jaimee Singzon to be an excellent waitress and worker at A&W restaurant in Sept-Iles. She makes you feel welcomed and we find her to be very efficient in providing good service to this restaurant. Keep up the good work, Jaimee.

Yesterday we spoke about our local A&W restaurant and how we liked Jaimee who works there. We also should have included her coworkers who are also very dedicated and helpful in making this restaurant the warm friendly place it is. Keep up the good work, guys. My wife and I went there on the night of 06Aug2025. The service was friendly and accommodating. However, the onion rings were horrible. We have always loved A&W onion rings but the batter on these were terrible. They tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed out well past when it should’ve. My wife and I ended up throwing them away.
