NO REFILLS??? This review could have been 4 stars. The store policy is they do not offer free refills to Starbucks loyalty members? Have been a Starbucks loyalty member for over a dozen years and enjoyed their product all over the world (incl unusual places like China and Dubai). After spending $13 for a coffee & enjoying their very tasty brownie; I waited eagerly in the popular line-up to get a coffee refill ... much to my surprise, Starbucks team member Addy politely informed me that this store's policy was NO REFILLS!

I didn't realize that a full sized Starbucks (very nice one too) franchise could decide NOT to offer Starbucks loyalty members a simple coffee refill? What is that worth to the Weber location franchise owner, maybe several pennies? I already had the coffee cup, lid and holder, I drink it black. They already have the product brewed and waiting in the large urn directly behind the cashier associate who had to expense her time to say "NO" anyway! My guess is they do not care about the usual Starbuck's good customer service and loyalty model because almost everyone is just 'driving by' enroute to the cottage etc? Well if that's the case, rather than deal the crazy Webers related parking lot; i.e. getting in and out is VERY BUSY and perhaps somewhat dangerous, then those who were once loyal Starbucks clients can just drive up hwy 11 to the Tim...

Not a fun experience at all.

My hubby went inside and purchased me a nitro cold brew 3 shots vanilla on June 18, around 245pm. It tasted as if there was no sweetener in it at all and very bitter. I went back in and asked if I could please have another 3 pumps of the syrup if that was allowed. I received a bit of attitude, no smile or words after that - but he took my drink. I received my drink back and tried it. Same thing - bitter and no sweetness. I waited to ask if there was sweetener to go packages or anything to make it sweeter and not bitter. The three employees looked at me and completely ignored me for 5-10 mins. I heard some whispers and they tried to avoid me by staying on the opposite side of the store, looking over at me every few minutes. It was very obvious. I was not rude throughout this event. Finally I got too upset and left the store. My hubby went back in and told one of the employees about this experience. No apology. No replacement drink. Nothing. He ended up purchasing another drink to try to cheer me up.

I will never return to this Starbucks and I will tell others about...

We used mobile order, so our drinks were ready when we arrived despite being fairly busy. We ordered two grande lattes. They felt light when we picked them up, but we dismissed the concern and found a nice place to sit outside. When I tried to take a sip, I had to keep tipping my head back further and further without anything coming out. I finally opened the lid and found that there was only liquid for about 2/3rds of the cup, with an inch of foam on top, and another cm or two of empty space. I was really disappointed - my drink cost $8! (I ordered lactose free milk). The place was busy and I didn't want to ruin my opportunity for a quiet parenting break, so I didn't bother the staff about it and just left disappointed.

(I took the photo after swirling the foam a bit too try to see if there was any...
