No pork on the menu at this spot👎🏼

Okay so I’ve already given this location one star because they don’t serve pork so if I ever feel like barburrito I go to the Orangeville locations, which by the way are amazing. However, this evening I didn't feel like driving to Orangeville so I just asked my husband to give the Shelburne location another shot. I told him to get me the crunchy chicken on tacos. My husband orders that and he is told no they can’t put crunchy chicken on tacos only burritos???? So my husband said just charge me for the crunchy chicken burrito then and put the chicken on the tacos. He is still told no they can’t do that. My husband whose mind is blown then tells them forget about it. The other customers in the store were in disbelief of the stupidity. They just lost a sale because they wouldn’t put the chicken on a taco instead of a burrito. My husband then ends up driving anyway to one of the Orangeville locations where they gladly put the chicken on the tacos. Needless to say we will never be back to this location. Just insanely bad...

Went in on October 14th and a woman, with a smile came to take my order. I was looking down but saw her take a napkin or Kleenex and wipe what I thought was her nose. She threw out the napkin and started to put the plastic gloves on. I said “I’m sorry did you just wipe your nose?” She said “no, I wiped my mouth” I just stared at her. The woman put down the gloves she was about to put on (she didn’t throw them out) and said “I’ll wash my hands”. I was in complete shock. As she was washing, I said “that’s ok, not to worry” and left. I had a feeling she was probably going to use the gloves she touched with her soiled hands. If an employee that’s about to handle food, wipes any part of their face in front of a customer with no intention of washing their hands IMAGINE HOW THE FOOD IS HANDLED IN THE BACK! Will not be coming in here again. Happy to give a star because she was smiling and wasn’t rude about going to...

I recently visited Bar Burrito Shelburne and had a fantastic experience! i prefer vegetarian meals. I was really impressed by the variety of options available. The veggie burrito I ordered was delicious, packed with fresh ingredients, and full of flavor. The combination of beans, rice, veggies, and perfectly seasoned toppings was spot on! It’s always a treat to find a place that truly caters to vegetarian preferences while maintaining high-quality food.

The service was also exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure I was taken care of throughout my meal. The atmosphere was inviting and clean, and they made me feel right at home.
