I would say most of the employees at this location have way too much attitude and seem quite miserable at times. Those specific employees come off as entitled and unwilling to make your drink the way you want it, I understand there’s a recipe but not everyone would like their drink specifically that way. No customer should be made to feel like a burden if there’s an option to customize.
My drinks always taste different and they charge for substitutes or alternative milks but then fail to deliver. It’s frustrating when you’re paying a premium price for a premium drink, you should also have an elevated customer service experience. I hope management sees this feedback and can work on training their employees.
The drinks and products themselves are great, it’s just execution when preparing and serving them that needs work.
Also please check your receipts because these employees are very dishonest. They charge extra for absolutely no reason or even when there is a promotion and your drink I supposed to be free...

The staff were so lovely, easily the cleanest washrooms I’ve ever seen, cleanest floors, fastest service and warmest welcome and chats with the baristas! I used to work at a Starbucks and this location is easily the best one I’ve ever been to, (and I’ve been to a lot) it takes a lot for me to take the time to leave a review of a coffee chain but they seriously blew me away with their kindness and overall energy! Read morePlaced an online order that said it would take 6 minutes. About 2 minutes before the order ready time, we went through the drive thru and we were greeted by Dylan. Immediately he was rude and said "for mobile orders its 15 minutes" but right on the app it said 6 minutes. We didnt even complain about waiting or anything.. he just told us right away at the window with attitude that it takes 15 minutes. Not sure what his problem us but he was not friendly at all.
