WOW! Wing House Shelburne — Restaurant in Shelburne

On October 27 I came into this restaurant where I was greeted by two ladies that were very well mannered with very good bubbly attitudes. I placed a Phone order and my mail was ready when I was there to pick up. The only problem was my food got mixed up with another customers order, I’m a very understanding person and understand that mistakes do happen. I went in tonight to get my order replaced as I was told to come back in the owner spoke with me and replace my order because of the girls attitude towards the problem I will for sure be returning to this location. One of the girls offered to drive out to my house 45 minutes away just to fix my order. When I went in today, a girl named Nicole was working and she was also very sweet with a respectful, bubbly personality, which I believe a lot of restaurants need these days! Because of how she treated me today, makes me even more certain that this restaurant will treat you nothing but the most respect and I hope the owner knows based on their customer service towards me is one of the main reasons why I would recommend this place to anybody.

The food was also pretty good. The wings were crispy and hot when I received them, the dressing was placed perfectly, and nothing was undercooked like most other wing places around if you’re looking for a nice game night wing night, I suggest going to WowWings...

We ordered a few items as we've never been there before. I was concerened as they have so many items on their menu. I orderes 2 pounds of wings, 2 different flavours. The garpar was the best. We ordered fries and gravy. Unfortuntaley a huge let down. Fries were soggy with gravy poured ontop. We were hoping for crispy fries and gravy on the side. Perhaps our bad. Ordered onion rings as well, butagain soggy. All in all the wings are ok and staff...

I gave a low rating based on a few orders.

First order of 2lbs of wings ordered. The meat inside was pink🤢, Was just... Not good.... The meat is... Just different. Also having so many flavours can be overwhelming & confusing.

The BLT burger is really good. Chicken Quesadilla is relatively decent. Chkn Cesar wrap was not good, lettuce was mushy & the dressing was too much of a vinegar taste.

Their fries are not bad,...
