I have gone to the Jelly Craft Bakery with my family since my son was only months old. The staff were always warm, helpful and friendly, Lila even took a picture of him w my late husband. It was a place we returned to many times. He turned 16 today and we went for a birthday lunch w my mom. I have not been in since the pandemic and was in for a shock. Even though only 2 other ppl were there at 1 pm, the staff took ages to get to us. Literally doing work right around us and not acknowledging our presence for at all, even when one of us tried to get attention or ask a question. When they did finally every one of them had a cold, stoney look on their faces and in their voices. We wondered what was wrong. We were wearing masks. We did eventually order and go sit down. Beside us was a huge pile of conspiracy magazines called Druthers. I have seen it before. This is basically freedom convoy staff still angry that other ppl are wearing masks. We ate our meal, but felt like we were eating in a cold, sad place that had lost all.of the friendly coziness. It felt like we were eating surrounded by hate and anger. Also, they served the food in plastic, whereas in the past they served things on china. We care about the environment so that was also sad. We will probably never go again unless Eva/Lila were to reach out to us...

The lady at the counter was very polite andfast in attending to everyone who visited. What I noticed was they have regular clients who all seem to be very happy to walk in to the cafe.
What captivated me the most was their craft. It was absolutely stunning to be seated in the cafe. They have brilliant china all over decorating the walls. All for sale. The price of these china were little expensive, but the workmanship felt wort the money. If you are planning to buy tea sets and also in the...
Read moreI was out exploring the area because I am new to town and stumbled across the Jelly Craft Bakery. I loved the vibe of it. Inside they have china tea sets for sale and also local sauces/jams. The employees are friendly and welcoming. I had a Turkey sandwich on soft, fresh white bread and a chocolate chip shortbread cookie. Both were a 5/5. Fresh baked goods and they made the sandwich directly in the back so that was freshly made too! I ate it right there as you can dine in. I will go back again. **The only quibble I have is that they serve food on paper plates. For dine in, Iâd prefer dishes, but thatâs just me!...
