Service was terrible, our waitress took our drink orders then came back empty handed to take our food order completely forgetting we had already ordered drinks. Our appetizers arrived by another gentlemen whom we had to request our drinks from once again. Our mains arrived still not drink. Once almost complete our main our drinks arrived from our waitress. There was no checkin on how everything was no offer of dessert. Getting the bill was as slow and poorly delivered as our meals. To the gentleman who attempted to provide service please provide your colleague Natasha some customer service training. While the food is good (albeit expensive), this restaurant is utterly incapable of properly packaging food for takeout. It’s happened several times that we would order food, wait over an hour and a half for delivery, only to have the bag tear open the moment the delivery driver hands it to us and splatter all of our food onto the ground. The packaging they use is flimsy and allows excess grease to permeate and damage the paper bags the order is stored on. The fact that I’ve had to clean spaghetti sauce off the floor at my front door not once, not twice, but three times is utterly unacceptable. Ordered by phone, went there nobody at the reception, one girl and guy were working at the bar, both saw me, after seeing me guy went somewhere in kitchen, still nobody showed up at reception to even ask me for anything 😭 was waiting in front for like 5-10 mins nobody showed up even they both saw me there!!!!
