The coffee. The staff. The owners. The products. The place itself. I sincerely can't recommend this place enough.

They roast my favourite local coffee. Honestly as someone who often has to drink decaf, I almost cried the first time I had there's. Its not a compromise in taste at all.

If you need to buy a gift for a coffee lover, are a coffee lover yourself, need a place to study, need an amazing pick me up cup of coffee, or even need to buy any kind of brewing supplies, be it machine, kettle, YOU name it. They have it. Or they can tell you where to find it. Haha And if you don't know what you need; they can help there...

There is a lack of passion in your work. There's nothing wrong with the taste of the coffee or the grilled cheese. But there's nothing extravagant either. What got me was the service. You pay the counter before you receive. So there's no table service and I still left her 15%. But rather than engaging , the two baristas just chatted to each other about their school and their time in Sherbrooke, and it's five years she's here. Why do we stand for this? Would I come back, out of convenience ( my professional works upstairs) and...

Mon expérience concerne seulement le service de réparation de machines, Je suis aller porter ma machine espresso au Hubert St-jean sur la King O et je paie pour une estimation. On me dit que je serai appelée une fois l'estimation faite pour me parler des réparations à faire et me conseiller. Je n'ai jamais été rappelée. Je téléphone et on me dit que c'est normal de ne pas être appeler pour l'estimation avant 15 jours. Au 15ième jour, je reçois un appel qui me dit que ma machine est prête, sans estimation. Je vais au magasin sur King O pour régler le cas de ma machine et ma facture monte trop cher, plus que ce que je suis capable de payer pour cette machine. J'appelle la personne responsable de la réparation et essaie de trouver un terrain d'entente. On me dit a deux reprises qu'on allait me rappeler dans des délais donnés, je n'ai jamais été rappelé encore. Réussite d'une entente de réduction sur ma facture, mais paie quand même une centaine de $. Aucune mention de garantie sur la réparation quand je vais chercher ma machine. Encore incapable d'en faire son utilisation, le groupe coule après l'espresso, aucun crema avec des essais de mouture variés, la buse chauffe...
