Chicking — Restaurant in Sherbrooke

Twice we have waited more than an hour for delivery. When we have called to ask about our order we have been told “the average delivery time is 35-45 minutes “ - that is fine, but 60-80 minutes is not 35-45. No willingness to acknowledge the unreasonably long wait time or to even attempt to make it right. It is too bad the customer service is so terrible because the chicken is delicious but not good enough to wait that long for. Definitely won’t be ordering...

Food is decent however they have a BIG issue with delivering food in time, on multiple occasion have I called and received my food about 1h30 after the time I ordered. I had to call and they told me the food haven't left the restaurant yet. This is absolutely unacceptable mostly since I live 3 street down the road and I order 1 single Poutine. It shouldn't take more time for me to get my food delivered then leaving my place, buying the necessary at a grocery store come back and cook it myself. I never received any apologies or partial refund. I strongly consider never ordering food at Chicking again. Very disappointing....

La nouriture est quand meme bonne mais il y a un GROS problème avec leur livraison. A plusieur occasion, j'ai commande une simple poutine et j'ai recus ma commande environ 1h30 apres avoir apeller. J'ai du appeler pour me faire dire que ma commande n'est meme pas encore partit du restaurant. C'est completement innaceptable surtout etant donné que j,habite 3 rue plus loin. Ca ne devrais pas prendre plus de temp recevoir uen poutine, que d'aller moi meme a l'épicerie, m'acheter tt le necessaire, revenir a la maison et cuisiner moi meme mon repas. Je n'ai jamais eu d'excuse ou de remboursement partielle de mon repas pour me faire dedomagé de se mauvais services. I considere fortement ne plus commander de nourriture chez chicking....

I called ahead to confirm the type of soup. I was placed on hold then told creamy chicken. I drove 10 minutes to get there I was there 20 minutes after the call to be told the soup was chicken noodle. When I said I called and was told creamy chicken they said I was told wrong thing. When your sick and looking for something specific it really suck...
