Freddy Pizzeria — Restaurant in Sherbrooke

Worst restaurant/customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Ordered at 9:50 last night, did not show up until 11:30. Order was wrong. Called back and they said they would send the right one. 45 minutes later called back then they decided to tell me that the delivery guy's shift is over so nobody os coming. Was told a manager would call today. No call so I called in. Told that the manager is not even there and will call me tomorrow... Absolutely terrible service. Avoid these guys...

J'ai été très déçu. Venant des Laurentides en visite chez un ami en chaise roulante il a choisi ce restaurent. Arrivé sur place s est plein les 2 cotée nous avions un chien MIRA en plus On nous a dit dans 20 min que l on aura 1 table. Après 45 minutes d attente on nous revient disant que la section admissible à cause de la chaise roulante est complets pour la soirée avant nous avoir dit qu' il avais 2 place mais avec un marche HAUTES .mon ami ne peut pas il est en chaise roulante.alors après 45 min 1 h 15 d attente total.on nous dit qu'à sa marchera pas Alors on est partie très très très amer et décu Sans excuse Ça avais l air très bon mais il.sont trop pressé et mettre les gens handicapés de cotés moi ami a entrée dans son camion et moi je suis retourné à l intérieur et DEVINÉ QUOI il a 2 personnes marchant qui ont entré dans la section que l on attendais depuis 1 15 environ ...QUELLE SERVICE PROFESSIONNELS ENVERS LES HANDICAPÉS. SA DIT entre parenthèses PAS LTEMPS DE VOUS SERVIR ALLÉ VOIR AILLEURS

A vous de jugée merci de m'avoir lue. Je recommanderais ce restaurant pour personnes normal les plats on l air super mais si s est comme l entrée SON NE DOIT PAS SE FIER À CE QUE L ON VOIR

I don't usually write reviews, don't bother but this time have to help other customers. I can't even call it pizza, seriously there was no pizza sauce at alllll the pizza tasts sweet like sugar added, almost threw out, NO JOKE. And they charged me $42.85 for a lage pizza. (Too much) When they told me its going to be $42.85 I tought it must be a good quality pizza. Also the they didn't sliced the pizza. And yeah the pizza box was plain, no Logo no company...
