Stratos Pizzeria — Restaurant in Sherbrooke

Cette année, je suis repartie goûter à d'autres plats offerts par ce restaurant. Leur goût est meilleur comparativement à celui du repas que j'avais pris chez eux il y a quelques années.

Rating : 1 star (2022) C'était ma première fois à Stratos Pizzeria de la 12 è Avenue Nord. On dirait que ce serait également ma dernière visite à un Stratos Pizzeria. J'ai pris des frites et de la poitrine de poulet. Les frites étaient bonnes mais la sauce qui les accompagnait était totalement farde et ne donnait aucun goût aux frites une fois dans la bouche. Rien à voir avec ce à quoi je suis normalement habituée dans mon resto préféré. Qu'est qui m'a pris d'opter pour de la poitrine de poulet ? Le poulet était totalement sans goût dans la bouche. Un peu comme s'il n'y avait eu aucune marinade avant de le faire frire. J'ai beaucoup regretté d'avoir gaspillé près de 20$ sur une nourriture aussi farde.

Sans compter le temps d'attente incroyablement long. Et j'allais verser un pourboire pour un service aussi inadéquat. Je suis maintenant contente de ne pas l'avoir fait.

This was my first time at Stratos Pizzeria on 12th Avenue North. Looks like this will also be my last visit to a Stratos Pizzeria. I had fries and chicken breast. The fries were good but the sauce that came with them was totally tasteless, therefore rendering the fries tasteless in my mouth. Nothing to do with what I'm normally used to, in my favorite restaurant. What made me opt for chicken breast? The chicken was totally tasteless in my mouth. I was very angry to have wasted nearly $20 on such despicable food.

Not to mention the incredibly long waiting time. And I was going to tip for such inadequate service. I'm now...

Was pleasantly surprised and now I'm a huge fan of lunch specials. For a fantastic price, you get appetizer, main course, dessert and drink. Unbeatable. Service is super friendly. For under $20 and you are totally stuffed these days is hard to beat. It's quiet and clean in here, cause it's mostly an older clientele but perhaps they know something we don't. Lol. They are older, wiser and on fixed income afterall. But aren't we all on a budget these days. Great value. I'll be back cause I like to support the independents that try to make real...

We ordered the all garnished 14" pizza with fries as well as the soup of the day which was mushroom cream. The food was good but a bit on the salty side. The pizza toppings were generous. The fries were crispy while hot but quickly got hard when cold.

Edit : they got our check wrong. There was a special. Buy a 14" pizza for the price of a 12" with fries. But they didn't charge us that. Unfortunately we realized this only after leaving...
