The same person who works GY shift everytime you come by its either the grill is being cleaned or the grill is cold. I wonder why they are open 24hrs and you are only being offered chicken burger and cant have breakfast.. This is not the first this is everytime i come home to grab food after shift. The same person! Waste of Salary. She would take your order and as soon as u get to the counter then she will tell you . Breakfast is not available. I have worked in food industry for the last 12 years and boy oh boy. I know that she is lying.., Enjoy your salary and no profit for your comlany... i never complained even if this happened many times because I umderstand maybe she is tired or what not. But this is EVERY TIME... Around 1:30am or sometimes 2am. Do you really have to offer chiken burger because it's the easiest to prepare? Be considerate too. Some people are tired and having a 24hrs restaurant is a big help. But this branch is always a problem. You can go to argyll , baseline and they would serve you sadly this branch which is near my home is NOT. VERY LAZY always always the grill is a problem.. Making eggs is s problem. Very Very sad. I hope the management will do something...

Went for drive thru breakfast. At the window after ordering the person gave a long sales pitch about donating. I said no three times. The person continued to talk to me about the contents of my car that they could see, this continued throughout the payment interaction and long after I paid. When I got my food there was no receipt on the bag like normal. I asked for the receipt and the gave me the credit card receipt. I asked for the till receipt and they eventually found and gave it to me after telling me to wait a moment and spending a few moments more trying to find it. After getting my receipt I saw that they charged me for a donation. Once I asked for a refund they suddenly didn’t speak English very well and had a hard time understanding what I was saying. Just went through the drive thru and ordered a cheddar uncle burger combo. Not a big meal, only feeding myself, no big deal. No dollar amount was said after the order was placed just was told to drive up, no problem. Not the first time fast food restaurants fail to give you the price. Drive up to the window and hand the lady a 20. Immediately am told "Oh sorry it's $24 (and change)"... Okay, so I know that's not right, I've fed myself before and know that any meal for one at a fast food establishment is well under $20. I hand over another $20 as I really couldn't be bothered and will check the receipt. Sure enough. It was only $13.01... I drove away. Karma comes full circle and clearly someone needs the money more than I do... so be mindful at this location that they may be...
