Saturday night and thebplace seemed dead silent of any activit, so not too busy by any means. I ordered the regular poutine and the large veg pizza, added pineapple, extra mozza, and feta. The pizza taste wise was meh, okay, but not great. Wasn't a big fan.of the crust, and the amount of toppings was lacking... I'm bot usually able to eat a while large pizza at all, never mind the fact I age it all and still didn't feel full. The flavours were okay but just... everything was lacking ESPECIALLY for that price of just 1 pizza. I went with the "regular " crust instead of thin crust, but it was still a very thin chewy crust.. 3 stars on the pizza

The poutine , however, was Good. Not the best I've ever had, bit for what you get FOR THE PRICE I'd say it's slightly better than average value for the sheerwood area. The cook on the fries was the righ4 amount not too soggy or crispy. It was a standard pre-made tasting Gravy but was good, AND there was actual cheese curds, and lots of them. So the poutine I'd say 4 starts.

Initially I had a 1 star because I had an issue with them that does not need to be gone over again, but I changed my 1 star to 5 because even after not responding to their apology about my Google review, they still were adamant about making things right with me so the next day (today) I received a call from them and I was surprised to hear that it was Roma pizza and donair and they apologized again and really wanted to make things right. It is one thing to make a mistake and apologize, but another to acknowledge your mistake, go out of your way to apologize to somone and make sure that your apology is meaningful. Regardless of weather their food is good or not, the amount of care this shows towards their customers and community is enough to give them 5 stars but after trying their donair pizza I would say that their food is top quality and earns 5 starts as well.
